Virtual Office Sacramento FAQ’s
What am I committing to?
Our memberships are all month to month. There is no notice requirement with our Drifter Membership so with each monthly payment, you are only committing to the time you have paid for.
How do I receive my mail?
You can pick up your mail during our business hours (M-F 8:30am-5pm). Our traditional mailbox service doesn’t offer any mail forwarding, so to get your mail, you’ll simply swing by the space and grab your mail during our staffed hours. If you have a virtual mailbox, we offer forwarding and digital scanning (at additional cost). Interested in learning more? Reach out and we would be happy to help!
How will I know when I receive mail to my virtual office address?
Our location staff will send notifications for physical packages via e-mail. If you want to know if you have envelope mail, feel free to call and ask us to check your mailbox on your behalf, or simply show up to check your mail when you’re available!
Does my mailbox work at other Outlet Coworking locations?
It doesn’t. One Drifter Membership means one mailing address at one Outlet Coworking location. If you want an additional mailing address, you’ll need to pay an additional fee to add a second mailbox at a different address.

Can I use the workspace, too?
Your Drifter Membership only lets you access the space to get mail (we don’t issue access cards for this level of membership, which is why you need to come during staffed hours!). If you ever want to utilize the coworking space, you can get a day pass for the member rate of $15/day! You also get a discount on meeting rooms.
Can I register my business with an Outlet Coworking virtual office address?
Absolutely! You can use your Outlet Coworking virtual office address as your company’s registered address. However, please be aware that some places have specific rules about business addresses. Check the requirements or ask our team for advice.
What is the difference between an Outlet Coworking virtual office address and a PO Box?
A PO box is a simple mailbox at a post office. An Outlet Coworking virtual office is a professional business address with extra perks.
Are virtual offices suitable for startups?
A virtual office is a great starting point for new businesses. Once you’re ready to level up, you can switch to a coworking membership or private office.
