Resident Plus is everything you know and love about the Resident Membership, but with the ability to access vacant private offices on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rather than paying for a private office or exclusively working from home, Resident Plus members simply pay $100 extra each month, which gives them access to a furnished private office when they feel like they need it.

Our Resident Membership has always been a fan favorite. But no matter how free range our Resident members may be, we all could use a private office every now and then, whether for deeper focus, extra privacy or creative brainstorming. Resident Plus Membership FAQ’s
What am I committing to?
Our memberships are all month to month. There is no notice requirement with our coworking memberships so with each monthly payment, you are only committing to the time you have paid for.
Does my office access work at other Outlet Coworking locations?
We are currently only offering this membership in Roseville, due to our offices being full and on a waitlist in our Midtown location. This membership would give you full access to the coworking space in Midtown during business hours and your meeting room hours will work there as well.
Can I bring guests?
Any friend of yours is a friend of ours! Your guests are free to join you for meetings in one of our meeting rooms. If a friend or colleague wants to come work for a full day, all they’ll need is a day pass!
Am I guaranteed access to a private office whenever I want it?
Short answer: Not at this point. Our private offices can sell at any moment, so availability for our Resident Plus members will depend on how many offices are vacant, as well as who reserves the office first. That being said, our team will do all we can to get you into an office when you need it.
Do I need to clean the office before I leave?
No need to deep clean, but yes, please tidy up! We ask that after you use an office, you take any dishes, used coffee mugs, and all of your belongings with you so that the office is as tidy as it was when you came. We’ll charge a $25 cleaning fee to your account for an untidy space, so remember to be thoughtful in how you use the office, knowing it’s not yours forever, but rather just for the day!
Can I reserve an office ahead of time?
Yes! Our available offices will be posted on the online portal at 5PM to be booked for the following day. You can also call us at 916-472-1927 to check availability and make a booking.
